In Tendril, the idea of customization with mass production efficiency is realized in die cut pieces from felt and rubber. The different pieces of the series are intertwined in myriads of variations into tactile and 3D patterns for fashion and home décor items. The 'scraps' after the pieces are cut are also incorporated into the collection. Launched at the 2006 Interior Design Show, the collection includes cushions, necklaces, bracelets, bags, center pieces, wall hangings and space dividers. No additional hardware is required for the assemblages and the individual pieces link to one another like tendrils of climbing plants.
